Charges. Estimation fee. The estimation fee is our minimum charge and payment is requested "up front" at time of booking in the repair. This fee forms part of the total repair charge and is non refundable should you decide not to proceed with the repair. Labour Charge. Labour is charged at the appropriate product rate or part thereof. Repair Limit. Repair limit is the maximum we would repair to for the appropriate product without further consultation. If repairs were to exceed this limit, we will provide an estimation for your approval. Seniors Discount. By agreement with Seniors card, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on all repairs when a current seniors card is produced. For your protection, please request this discount at point of collection and not when booked in. Trade Work. We are happy to do work for the trade.
